Completed:

- Updated the expanded time controls to display in front of any open windows.

- Created first txt file that can be opened/closed and dragged around.

- Finished files for File Explorer window.

- Implement instantiating window content based on the app & time layer.

Completed:

- Fixed bug for file explorer content not updating based on current time layer.

- Implemented changing file content based on app & time layer.

- Fixed bug for multiple open files changing to be the same file when switching time layers.
